Northland Baptist Bible College conforms to the requirements
of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974. Consequently, student
records are not made available, nor is information from them furnished to third
parties without the student’s written consent, except as follows:

A student’s name and whether he is currently enrolled
in the college is considered public information.

Academic major, dates of enrollment, degrees received,
honors received, local address and telephone number, names of parents, permanent
home address, participation in officially recognized activities and sports,
and height and weight of members of athletic teams are considered to be of
public interest and are released to appropriate agencies unless the student
officially files a request with the Registrar that disclosure is not to be
made without the student’s written consent.

Information concerning students is released within the
college to administrators, faculty, and staff when such information is necessary
for the effective accomplishment of educational functions.
