The book, written by Judi Coats of the
Northland Baptist Bible College English faculty, details the life of
Northland’s chancellor and former president Dr. Les Ollila, who has
served at Northland since 1983. The book also includes a foreword
by Dr. James Bennett, Dean of Education at Northland.
The foreword summarizes the life and testimony of Northland's founder,
Dr. Paul Patz.
Judi Coats, a graduate of Pillsbury Baptist
Bible College (Owatonna, MN), has served on the NBBC English faculty
since 1996. She and her husband, Dave, served as missionaries in Haiti
and youth workers at a Baptist church in New Brunswick, Canada. In
2002, Judi completed an M.A. in writing from Northern Michigan
University.
