Any undergraduate student registered at Northland with three or more semester credit hours and all graduate students with no minimum credit limit are required to be covered under a credible health insurance program. This program can be through the student’s parents, through an outside policy in the student’s name, or through the policy offered at Northland Baptist Bible College. If a student is covered under an outside policy, the waiver form below should be completed and returned to Northland. Any student who does not have a completed waiver form on file will be charged for the Basic Plan student insurance offered by Northland.
