If you still have your PIN, you could use that to return to your FAFSA and simply change the information even when using the VFAO.

Are Pell Grants available if I am not planning to be a full-time student or if I live off campus?

Yes, the amounts will be less, but they are available.

What information should I gather to be ready to complete the application on the VFAO?

  • Your driver's license (if any)
  • Your 2003 W-2 Forms and other records of money earned
  • Your (and your spouse's if you are married) 2003 Federal Income Tax Return - IRS Form 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ, 1040Telefile, foreign tax return, or tax return for Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia.
