Graduation
from high school is the normal requirement for entrance into any
Northland academic program. While attending high school, a prospective
student is encouraged to take college preparatory courses, including
courses in English, mathematics, and the social and natural sciences.
For those applicants who have not received a high school diploma, the
General Education Development Test (G.E.D.) will satisfy the high
school graduation requirement. If you are a homeschooled student,
please refer to the section on homeschooling requirements.
The following are criteria for admission:
-
Clear testimony of salvation,
-
Involvement in a Bible-believing local church,
-
Willingness to subscribe to the patterns of life and conduct of Northland's guidelines and standards,
-
Graduation from high school or the equivalent,
-
Sufficient test scores on the American College Test (ACT), and
-
Current immunization records and a recent physical examination.
